OUR STORY

Niuda Hand-Pulled Noodles is a specialty shop serving Lanzhou-style Chinese hand-pulled noodles. We make all our noodles, fresh, in-house. Customers get the chance to watch the master chef as he prepares them fresh to order. Guests can also specify their noodle thickness, from angel hair to flat wide noodles, to 6 other options in between.

 

Our noodles are different because they are fresher, resulting in a more al dente texture. Our beef broth is cooked using thirteen different spices with the highest quality Kobe beef bones, making the soup richer and having a greater depth of flavor than any other noodle soup.
